Purpose
To make a 3D model of a Polycystic Kidney in ZBrush and subsequently render a turntable animation of the model to be incorporated into an animation using Adobe AfterEffects.
About the Project
The goal of this project was to create an animation around polycystic kidney disease (PKD). The 3D model was sculpted on ZBrush, rendered in Keyshot and the final animation created on Adobe AfterEffects. The icons featured were created on Adobe Illustrator.
I chose to base my animation on the comorbidities of this disease as I did not know how PKD affected the persons entire system and felt this video could be a good resource for friends and relatives of PKD sufferers to gain a better understanding of what their loved one might be going through.
