This was an assignment from the first semester of the MSc Medical Art, University of Dundee, in which we were asked to make a measured tonal drawing of a human femur. This was done using pencil and graphite on paper.

I went on to create a labelled graphic of the articulation and muscle attachment sites of the the femur, created in Photoshop from a scanned image of the femur drawing. I enjoy combining traditional techniques with digital.
